We'll be honest, we have never watched the Oscar's cause we don't care about those silly actors. But we are excited for this Red Carpet Cat Twitter Party! So we talked our Momma into Tweetin' for us. Since she has to do all the work, we thought maybe if we won this cool hipster bag for her, it would be our way of sayin' *Thanks and we love you Momma*.  Thanks for the chance to win, Robin!

Hey Yo!  What up Shadow Dance Ranch!  We hope Peanut Butter is doing well!  You all are awesome!

Hey! You recognized us :)  Woohoo. We is famous!  Peanut Butter is doing great. She will go in for a check up this week, but we expect all to be A-OK. She sends you purrs and big kitteh kisses. Thank you again for everything!

What a great opportunity! John Paul Pet would love to be one of the items in the swag bag. What are the

requirements to participate? Thank you so much and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Sincerely,

Dina

WE WANT SWAG! OUR HUMAN DOESN'T HAVE A TV. SHE IS BROKE BECAUSE SHE TAKES CARE OF 10 KITTIES AND TRIES TO RUN A KITTY RESCUE...  TVs ARE A NICETY NOT A NECESSITY!  WE SAY PFT!

I love following CICH on F'book and I'm totally in love with the Dood and his epic, awesome fluffiness.

Well, we don't tweet so we are very pleased with the option of wining one of those wonderful bags here.

While we haven't watched the last few years of the Oscars, we do have a few of favorites.  We liked it when Halle Berry and Denzel Washington won.  Also when Cuba Gooding Jr. won...what a riot he was.

Because we can find out who won in five minutes by reading the paper in the morning and not waste all that time watching the show.  They never pick the ones I like anyway.

I want a bag.  Please.  Your cat is pawsome.

My cat is named Lucy C. Tabby.  She was rescued 10 years ago from the Omaha Humane Society.  She is a Red Classic Tabby and never thinks outside the box.

Susan.

I’m secretly commenting so my new Cat Mummy can maybe get me some feline swag which I totally deserve because I was run over, broke my pelvis, lost my tail and was then left unclaimed at the vets. Paw Paw me. I needz  goodies to make me smile again. And if my Cat Mummy had a Tiniest Tiger Hipster bag it would make her smile too. I don’t think she would ever watch the Oscars because she is too busy attending to my every wish. Pweeze pwezze can she win one.

Enter me for the drawing, please!!!

I stopped watching the Oscars for awhile when I was in my 20s and travelling all over the place. Once I had my daughter and she got old enough to watch with me, we made a night of it.  However, while most peeps are dressing up in gowns and high heels, we are in our finest jammies, with cuddly socks on our feet and our kitties in various passed out cattitudes.  They only wake up when one of our faves wins and we jump up and down and they just look at us like we're loony tunes (LOL)....can hardly wait for this year (neither can our cats!)

To be honest, it was kind of a best and worst moment: The 68th Oscars, the year that Kirk Douglas appeared right after his stroke and Christopher Reeve made his first appearance after being paralyzed. It was beautiful, but also humbling to see Spartacus and Superman felled by devastating human ailments, and yet not giving up. And it was the year Braveheart won Best Picture, before we were to learn how emotionally disabled Mel Gibson really is.

I usually watch the Oscars but when I was trying to come up "best" Oscar moment, I was almost at a loss.  As I've gotten older, I just haven't seen a lot of the movies that are nominated.  Guess I'd have to go back to when Bruce Springsteen won for Streets of  Philadelphia - that song still gives me the chills.  So I'll watch & probably not remember much.  Also, since I don't do that much that isn't cat or garden related, i.e. I don't really go anywhere, if I win the bag, I'd donate it a kitty rescue for auction/fund-raising.

Meow's to you DOOD! You're pawsome!

I haven't been to the movies in over 15 years, seriously.  I can easily spend the price of a movie ticket on a kitty, but to plant my butt (and shoes on a sticky floor) in a cold theater for a couple of hours is not my idea of fun.  So, I do watch the Oscar's but not to root for anyone...pretty much to see the glitz & glam.  Not the most compelling comment, but it's me.

The tiniest tiger bag is just awesome...so cute and so wonderful that it's made in the US :)  Would love to win one.

So even though I had no interest in the Oscars, I had a GREAT deal of interest in the Tiniest Tiger Hipster Bag.  I am a crazy 53 year old woman who rides her motorcycle to work every day.  I had no interest in Twitter either, but figured, what the heck, sign me up so I can win one of those great bags.  After trying several usernames and finding them already taken, I decided to settle for "Hardcore1958" as hardcore is what my friends call me since I ride in any kind of weather.  Imagine my surprise the next day to discover I had 14 XXXrated female followers. EWWW! To add insult to injury, of couse I didn't win that sweet bag.  So I'm taking a shot here.  All the girls in our riding club would be jealous to see me sportin' that bag on our rides. And I'm sure that my 4 furkids would be happy to add some cat hair to that black bag if I get it anywhere near them. And yes, I have changed that username. :) Pick me please!

I sometimes watch the Oscars, but they're so long and I dislike when they cut off winner's acceptance speeches. I just hear about the winners via whatever entertainment source leaks though (LOL). Funnily enough, the news will usually deliver this info.

Thanks for the opportunity to win the swag bag! : )

I watch the Oscars every year because I love the movies and seeing the celebrities dresses. My Favorite Oscar moment was when Julia Roberts won in 2001. I can't remember at the top of my head what movie she won for - "Erin Brocovich" i think? I loved her speech. She's one of my favorite actresses. I hope George Clooney wins for favorite actor this year for "The Desendants" I love him. Good luck to all tomorrow night.

We don't usually watch the Academy Awards. Sometimes it is on in the background while I read a good book or watch the kitties play. The Maine Coons are way more entertaining!

My cats have told me that if I don't win the Bag 'O Swag, there will be heck to pay. I think they're serious. Help me!

Please ignore and delete my previous comment. I did not answer the Oscar question in it, and the cats are not happy about that.

I used to watch the Oscars every year, but no longer have a TV, and they don't broadcast it online. I do get to see parts online after the fact, and loved when Hugh Jackman hosted. I mean, the man can do no wrong in my eyes (that voice, that face, that body....**sigh**) but when he sang and danced with Anne Hathaway (who is also oh so wonderful), that was great. Will always be one of my all-time favorite Oscar moments.

Would love to win this for me and the kittdoos

I LOVE this bag!!!  I really, really tried to snag one at the Twitter party, but I failed miserably! :-(

Now, on to these award shows!  Of course I can't watch them because they're on in the evenings when I must be a slave to the resident felines!

I don't watch the Oscar's. In fact, the opportunity to watch TV peacefully is not a reality with my two kitties. Either they want food or attention or both and when they don't get what they want, watch out! Toilet paper is shredded, blinds get bent and objects left on tables or the kitchen counters are knocked down to be used as pucks in an impromptu game of kitty hockey. Since one of my kitties (Liaden) is on a special diet, I need to monitor both of them when they nosh so her piggy of a brother (Daegan) does eat her food once she's had her fill. Likewise, I need to keep an eye on Daegan's food bowl to make sure his sister doesn't sneak a few bites and gets sick again.  It's just easier and better to give all my attention to my two furbabies and find out who won the next day at work. They are a handful but I wouldn't have it any other way!

My kitty, Smoki, and I would love to win the lovely hipster bag and goodies.  We will even share with our cousin, Missy, the cat.  Thanks!

How fantastic, I wish that I could have been there. It might be a little like being there if the marvelous prize came to our door. I would sport the bag (and jealous fellow cat people would swoon). Some stuff would be for Leonardo (known as His Lordship around here) and some would go to the Duarte Animal Hospital and their kitten and cat rescue mission.

I was unable to watch the Oscars as Queen Tabitha demanded attention and when Tab is needy, none of her humans are permitted to do anything but please her!  She would love to put her beautiful fur all over that fantastic swag bag!

Mom's favorite moment of the 84th Academy Awards was when Meryl Streep won Best Actress.     Although she thought the other actresses were really great too, it is so nice that Meryl finally won again after so many nominations.  She is so versatile!

Us cats slept through it all, and even Mom had to watch that part on the DVRed version, because she had fallen asleep long before the end.

My favorite moment was watching Sally Fields say "you like me, you really like me!"

I felt she had done an awesome job acting, yet she was so full of self doubt. She reflected what most of us feel when we try so hard, taking a risk, then we hope someone will validate our effort.
